Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

For hygiene reasons, POWERbreathe products can only be returned if the safety seal is intact, the item is new and in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

All sales are final on open or used items.

Refunds/Exchanges

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with a prepaid return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we have received and verified the return, we will initiate the refund (to the original form of payment) or replacement within 3 business days.
